For Easter, the FaithWestwood family is invited bring color to our worship center, to honor our loved ones, and to support the FaithWorks Pantry garden.

To sponsor an Easter flower, please complete this form and let us know who you want to honor and/or memorialize.

Then, you may drop off your donation at the church or mail it to FaithWestwood 4814 Oaks Lane Omaha, NE 68137.

Suggested donation is $25 for each Easter flower plant.

You can also give online or by text -- text the payment amount followed by the word FLOWER to (833) 657-401 (ex. $25.00 FLOWER). Visit faithwestwood.com/about-us/give for online giving instructions.

The deadline for submitting the form is March 30. Flowers can be picked up after the 10:45 service on Easter Sunday, April 5.
