For Easter, the FaithWestwood family is invited to honor our loved ones, support students on mission trips, and bring beauty to the worship center with beautiful mums. 

To sponsor a mum plant, please complete this form and let us know who you want to honor and/or memorialize. Then, you may drop off your donation at the church or mail it to FaithWestwood 4814 Oaks Lane Omaha, NE 68137. Suggested donation is $25 for each mum plant.

You can also give by text -- text the payment amount followed by the word FLOWER to 402-316-5481. (ex. $25.00 FLOWER)

The deadline for submitting the form is March 24th. Mums can be picked up after the 10:45 service on Easter Sunday, March 31st.
